We all are much aware that health is wealth. There are few points which are mentioned below. 1. Regular walk for 45 minutes will keep your body healthy. 2. Drink lukewarm water especially in winters. Drink plenty of water in summer season. 3. Avoid junk food and spicy food. Eat healthy food and fruits. 4. Jogging, running and exercise are very good for your health. 5. One can plan for gym and aerobic classes also. 6. Swimming is also a good exercise. 7. Meditation Those persons who are very busy in their life, they can plan for treadmill.
